AND FORMING MACHINE FOR THERMOPLASTIC MATERIALS
Our machine can be fully programmed to automatically index a flat sheet of material through multiple stages of bending and forming to produce a four sided box without human intervention.
The following are some unique features:
- Bending and forming length of ten feet
- Continuous heating and cooling cycles
- Fully automatic controls
- Vacuum clamping system for short distances between bends
- Heating bars for polyolefins (polypropylene and polyethylene), PVC and CPVC
- Heavy duty for thicknesses up to 1"
